Adam and his guys (Andy and Sebastian, especially) have been helping us improve our properties over the past four years and we can’t recommend them enough. We bought two separate apartments back in 2010 that we wanted to join into a duplex which required a major renovation down to the studs (we wanted to put in a kitchen, bathroom, staircase, fireplaces, new heating system and plumbing…you name it).
